Yearly rent reminders

Your legal maximum rent is not fixed. It moves when your WOZ value changes, and your landlord can raise the rent every July. We email you at those two moments, so you can check again in a minute.

MarchNew WOZ value

Municipalities send the new WOZ value at the end of February. It counts towards your WWS points.

MayRent increase season

Most increases start on 1 July and must be announced two months before. Check before you accept.
